Marianne Taylor
HELLO Hi there, and thanks for stopping by. Since you've found your way here, you most likely already know a little bit about me through my wedding photography site. But if you don't, do pop over to have a little look around at what my 'day job' looks like.

SO, WHY ARE WE GATHERED HERE? Simply put - as an answer to the many requests I've gotten over the years for actions, templates and mentoring/workshops from other photographers. Since my main website is predominantly geared towards my past and future wedding clients, I always thought that if I was ever going to offer something to photographers, or the general public, it would have to be through a separate website.

WHY MNOO.COM? As it happens, 'mnoo' has been my online handle (for example on twitter) since the turn of the the millennium (Ha! How neat to be a part of a generation able to use that term in a sentence), and mnoo.com used to be the home of my old photography portfolio. In the past few years my personal portfolio has been gathering dust rather than new work or visitors, so it made sense to put this domain to better use. And this way, everything I offer here feels deeply personal. It kind of feels like coming home.

WHAT ELSE? I also often get asked about fine art prints, so it felt like a natural extension to offer a tightly curated collection of my personal photography. And while I was setting up the store, I kept on getting more and more ideas (oh it's a curse to have more ideas than there are hours in the day). Personally, I love all things pretty, and my pinterest boards are a testament to that. And as it happens, I am also very good at shopping for pretty things (world class shopper in fact). So it came to me that I ought to make use of these skills and try to contribute something pretty to the world of retail myself. I will only offer items that make me swoon or are practical and attractive, in short, things that I would love to pin on Pinterest. Things that make the world just that little bit nicer. I welcome all your ideas and suggestions for the product line, I imagine it will always be a work in progress.
