It’s been a lovely weekend. What a difference some sunlight makes!

The children in Marble Hill Park were running around with spring in their step. I hope the sunshine is here to stay. Riina, Elli and Noa came over to see us today and we made good use of the lovely weather by walking to Richmond for a lazy lunch.

What an unexpectedly glorious day it was today! The forecast has been showing rain for today all day long (it’s still persistent in fact), but in reality it was lovely and sunny. Felt like spring!

Received big tin of home baked cookies from Paul in the post. Apparently he had baked 193 cookies altogether.* I’m not complaining, they are delicious! (*Perhaps I’m not the only one who needs to find a proper job. :P)
