You may have noticed that my photoblog entries have now emigrated into this blog. You can find them under the ‘my life in photos’ category. Originally I wanted to have a separate photoblog because I yearned for a nice ‘clean’ environment to post photos in and also so that I could link to it when I wanted to share photographs without the distraction of all the personal hoopla on here. But yeah, since I started at my new job it’s become quite obvious that there’s no way I can concentrate on two blogs, besides, the photoblog always felt a bit lonely and disconnected. I suppose in the end you can’t really separate the visual from the personal, they all come from the same place.

Now I’ll just have to do something about the commenting system, which isn’t really ideal. For example, when I get an email notification about a new comment, there’s no way of telling which entry that comment has been posted in. Which makes replying a bit tricky. I might go with the blogger commenting system as it worked quite well on the photoblog. The sad thing is I’ll lose all the comments on this blog for the past 5 years… 🙁 But I suppose there’s no gain without pain.
