Ugh, if it isn’t Monday again…

The weekend was mostly spent reading, eating and watching TV. Apart from Saturday when we went to the Ideal Home Show, which I was rather looking forward to in advance. Talk about an anti-climax… Way too many people shoving you in the ribs and the whole thing just seemed like a glorified market. Everything was on sale (instead of exhibiting new design like I thought) and somehow just really really tacky. The highlight of the exhibition, apart from a few very exciting vegetable chopping demonstrations, was this coffee table which is also an aquarium! Now that’s what I’d call the height of naff. And it could be yours for only £1399! 😐

Anyways, at least that’s done now. Every year I’ve wanted to go and never got around to it. Now, thankfully, I never have to go again…

Why do people in the office insist on talking to me. Can’t they see I’m busy. Humph.

In other news, it’s bloody cold in London (for London) today and they’d closed the Tesco on Tottenhamn Court Road! Where do they expect me to get my breakfast from now on. Shocking.
