I’m getting too old for this constant travelling I think. 😐 Mind, I say that about a lot of things. I’d be so ready to retire on a farm in Italy now. 😀 Just take pictures all day long and sleep and eat and read. Yes.

Heathrow was a nightmare yesterday. Self-service check-in is a blessing… unless you have bags to check in. And a great big box containing a flash kit. So I queued for the ironically named ‘fast bag drop’ and just when it was my turn they had a shift switch. And I found myself face to face with the woman from hell who obviously hates me. There has been earlier incidents when she’s actually shouted at me for no reason what so ever. Oh boy did my heart sink. So, this time she made me repack all my stuff right there on the floor, as my hand luggage was like two kilos too heavy or something. Ugh.

Also, flying was a nightmare as I’ve just had a cold and my nose was all blocked up to start with. Hence my ears hurt like hell and I still can’t hear anything. Just a funny humming sound. Not very nice.

Lots of snow here when I got home, which is actually quite nice. Have some photo ideas involving snow as well. :nod: And I got this cheap flashkit from England, so I’ll have a lot of experimenting to do, especially when I have a few weeks of holiday. Yay.
