I took some pictures of my white Christmas tree, which some people thought was a strange colour for a tree. =P The thing is, I got a plastic tree whilst living in England, as that was the thing to do then. I definitely didn’t want to get one that was pretending to be a real tree, i.e. green, and then I sort of fell in love with this white one. I always meant to get a real tree for Christmas while in Finland… but every year my white tree starts calling my name… and also, we don’t have so much space, which a real one would require… Previous years the decorations have been mainly lilac, but this year I felt like a change and went with turquoise. I still need to find turquoise tinsel however. 😐 So there, I have a white Christmas tree, live with it. =P

Today was a good day on the Christmas shopping front. Even if it started a bit worryingly with me only finding lots of nice things for myself. 😐 I can’t resist colourful stuff to shoot can I. 😀 However, I did manage to buy the rest of the pressies on my list, while Jenni cleared H&M; out of baby pink tops.

Suddenly tomorrow has the potential to turn into that leisurely day that I was yearning after. All I have to do is go to the hairdressers and then do some ‘light’ cleaning + wash some clothes, but after that I can just…. be. How lovely. I could get used to this sort of life. 😀

And on friday we’re off to the cruise.
