Hey, whaddyaknow, it’s another friday. And I’ve just found out that it’s bank holiday on monday as well. Yay for unexpected holidays. 😀

It’s raining outside, but rather than it feeling depressing, it feels sort of calming and comforting. Like I don’t have to be in a hurry to get anywhere. Which is nice.

This week has gone so very quickly. And it’s been a bit up and down. At the moment I feel a bit disconnected to everything, like looking in from the outside. *shrug* Here’s hoping it will pass. I want to feel like I did last weekend – fulfilled.

I’ve been drooling over People in Vogue: A Century of Portrait Photography, which I got from Susanna for my birthday. It’s really rather inspirational and fascinating. It’s compiled in a chronological order, which makes it really interesting to follow how trends and style has changed over the decades and what has affected portrait photography at different times.

This weekend I finally want to go see Sin City, it’s been long overdue. I’m hoping it will be visually stunning enough to make it on my yummy films list. 😀 It’s been way too long since I’ve gone to the movies in any case, gotta get back to the once-a-week routine methinks.
