It’s been raining like 3 weeks solid now. No snow, no sun, no nothing. +7C and rain, rain rain. It’s absolutely awful, bring back the winter! I take all my harsh words about winter back, if I could just have some snow and sun!

We rescheduled bowling for next week as I’m not feeling too good today. Being a woman sure is fun sometimes. 😛

It was weird to be at home for Stu’s birthday. It’s funny how you develop these traditions without even realising. For quite a few years we’ve always gone on a cruise to Stockholm on his birthday, but this year we couldn’t get a cruise for the right dates (we’re going next weekend instead). Blimey it’s hard to try to make a day festive when you’re at home and it’s the middle of week! I did try though… First, I left a few little presents in different places for him to find when getting ready for work in the morning. Then I got some flowers during the day and put the ‘real’ pressies out for him when he got home from work. He wanted to get chinese takeaway so I bought some beer and a very pathetic looking (but tasty!) cheesecake and candles for it and everything. 😀 What more could anyone want eh. 😛

The post is being seriously slow at the moment. There’s still some christmas presents I’ve ordered online that haven’t arrived yet and I’m getting antsy. Although, I suppose there’s still time…
