Yay my computer finally arrived today. There it is in the box, isn’t it pretty? 😀 Now “someone” just has to put it all together. Ack, trying not to think about the stressfulness of trying to get everything built and installed and gah… It’ll be worth it in the end though!
After the computer had arrived we had some time to pop out to Oxford Street. We went there really as Stu needed some new work clothes and stuff. But you can’t really expect me to pass on complete bargains! I’ve been on the lookout for a long cardi type thing for ages – I really like the way this girl wears them with short skirts and such. So when I spotted this grey Red Herring number at Debenhams, with a “50% off” tag, I couldn’t resist! Maybe my jeans skirt will finally see some action with it. And when I was waiting for the husband while he was buying work shirts at M&S;, these cute shoes caught my eye and the fairly low price made them seem like a good idea. Well I can’t very well wear trainers to work, right?
Oh and I started watching Gossip Girl via Finnish TV (hei jos joku ulkosuomalainen ei vielä ole löytänyt kyseistä palvelua niin suosittelen. Pysyy hyvin perillä tärkeissä jutuissa kuten Inno ja suomalainen Huippumalli Haussa yms. :P), just out of curiosity really, as I suspected it might be a bit too ‘young’ for me, and the weirdest thing happened. All throughout the first episode I had this deja vu feeling and seemed to know what was going to happen next. I then realised that I’ve read it as a book at some point. I have absolutely no recollection of doing this, which is kinda funny, seeing what a phenomenon the TV series supposedly is. I dunno, is this what old age is like?
