It comes as a bit of a surprise, not least to myself, but I’m currently writing this sitting on a bed in a motel room in Cornwall! 😀 This morning we woke up to a serious case of end-of-holiday-angst and swiftly decided just to jump in the car and drive. The thought of no holiday until April is giving me the heebie-jeebies so it felt right to come down here for a few nights while we still had the slightest window of opportunity. The weather actually feels a lot warmer down here than in London, and tomorrow is supposed to be a sunny day. Really looking forward to spending the whole day out and about on my beloved cliff tops, camera in hand. Sometimes impulsives decisions are just the best.
